"Two brazen fly-tippers who were caught on camera tying a bag of household waste and builders' debris to a 'No Tipping' sign have been ordered to pay £713 each by a court. John Herbert and McCawley Arrowsmith, of Well Lane, Walsall, were filmed dropping the large bag of rubbish, including a tree root, from the back of a Ford Transit at Canalside Close, Walsall, during October 2014 following reports of persistent illegal waste dumping at the site. Footage shown to Walsall Magistrates' Court this week showed the sniggering pair offloading their haul of rubbish from the truck and debris before driving away."
