A twat that doesn't understand how to negotiate traffic. I left enough room for the car coming towards me only to find this "driver" jump in front. When he realised, he started flashing his headlights and faffing about. I had to let the car we were waiting for take my position, otherwise we (the twat, me and another 4 cars behind us) wouldn't be going anywhere.
