In Milford Haven, there’s a very busy front street that’s called Hamilton Terrace. This is a very busy road with cars going in both directions. The annoying thing is when idiotic drivers fail to park within the designated parking bays.
This road is average width but when drivers fail to park within the parking bays, it stops traffic from passing as they are now causing an obstruction.
Say hello to this fool who caused an obstruction yesterday (Tuesday 8th May 2018). Their was 30ft to park within the bay but you failed miserably. A huge parking bay, no vehicle in front or behind yet they still couldn’t park.
