Think this man has a psychological problem. On 28/12/2017 seen driving deliberately on wrong side of road, on blind bend, between Sutton Courtenay and Drayton at 16:50. Also, seen driving today, 8/1/2018 between Brightwell and Appleford in a way that appeared to be deliberately holding up traffic.
