The female driver reported by others may be his sister. She drives a Golf/Passat - She also was in Bristol today and the cause of the road rage by her brother (he mentioned the car in front being his sister's) They were both driving at about 40 MPH in a 20 MPH Zone.

The young boy who drives this car is a complete moron and abusive towards and threatens other road users with violence. He was in Bristol today threatening violence against other drivers because he was in a hurry to get some where.

This rude person parked diagonally in front of the entrance road to a development containing 1000 houses. The development had issues for 4 days as the service lorries and goods vehicles (that supply the shop) couldn't get in and out, this road was also the fire lane for the whole development which is a massive safety risk.
This person was incredibly disrespectful of the residents in the estate, and when ask to move off the private land she refused to do this.

Can you also elaborate on her alleged response? How was she asked? What did she say? How long has she allegedly been blocking access to the site..how many times?
