I was walking down the streets of Brighton and I saw this black mini Cooper. The driver, a lady in her mid twentys was on her phone as well as speaking to a camera obscuring her vision.

Really bad driver I saw his car driven by a young women mid 20s you through a red light and seemed to be speeding a bit not fully concentrating on road with a camera in the middle of her window blocking her vision !!
