First image - Red van man in outside lane (at the lights)
Red van man decides it's OK to continue in outside lane at 30mph (in a 40mph zone)
Second image is where I decide to undertake him
Third image is where he's trying to use the excuse of having something on his roof and that's why he can't go faster than 30mph

If you know this idiot please explain to him, if you think it will have any effect/impact, that there's no need to use the outside lane all the time especially when you are driving slower than other traffic - anyone who knows the area - he ended going over Clifton bridge !!!!

And also tell him his VED was due 1 Jan 2017 (yes you read that right)
