This car has been parked halfway across my neighbours' driveway since last night and has made it almost impossible for him to drive his car off his driveway. Thoughtless parking by someone who should realise the inconvenience they have caused ... and continue to cause!

Tell them, perhaps they don't realise how much hassle it is causing. If it continues report them to the police and they will move them.
