Don't make threats. When the blocking occurs, are are any vehicles on your property, unable to exit? Leave a note on the car's window explaining the situation, asking them to move. Then at least you know you've tried to right way. If you have a problem with people sticking nails in cars then I am sorry to hear that also..there's a lot of vandalism about and it can happen any time can't it.
