I can see what I can only describe as a child in a mask, leaning forwards, hence as the car passes you can't see a face through the open window..nothing. I could be wrong. But it's most strange; usually you can pick something up. p.s. if it helps i am using vlc media player (which can slow the footage down and zoom in).

I think an impact at that speed would stand a good chance of being very serious or fatal.. had they hit a cyclist it would have almost certainly been the latter. Shocking driving.
