Young male reversed out of Royal Victoria car park and almost smashed into the side of my car. When beeping my horn he got out of the car wearing nothing but a cap on backwards, he asked me 'do you know who the fuck i am? ill paddy one punch you you bald prick' When i called the police he screamed 'ya boys out skrrrrrrrrttt' and wheelspinned down the road into the distance smashing into multiple vehicles. Extremely dangerous driving.

Encountered this driver in Tunbridge wells he reversed full speed out of the centre car park then to pull a jay turn infront of my car almost hitting me then when I sounded my horn he proceeded to exit the vehicle topless with aggressive chest tattoos on show and a snap back cap on and threatened to paddy one punch me being a priest from Uganda I have never encountered such fear.

This young man is a very wreckless driver, he was driving around and from what I could see he was using his genitalia to drive, I witnessed him crash into a lamp post and he got out and blamed it on the metal pole, after about 5 minutes of watching this madness he cocked his leg and pissed up the pole as if he was a beast. To conclude this is a very weird man who should not be on the streets let alone the road! LOCK HIM UP!!
