First offence the driver is using a mobile whilst driving
Second offence no seat belt whilst driving
Third offence overtakes on narrowing road
Fourth offence brakes to intimidate cyclist endangering cyclist safety
Fifth offence again seat belt as not earing one

Now other factors to look out for
The driver admits he slowed down otherwise BROKE to maybe injure cyclist perhaps! as for speed bump in road and taking into consideration that he either lives at the place he stopped or perhaps employed then he was already well aware of the speed bumps and not forgetting he made it quite clear as to suddenly stopping right next to another motor as to sandwich the cyclist

But listen what the driver says as to the cyclist being in his own words in the wrong lane and he himself was not in that case he knew the cyclist was going straight ahead so why endanger the cyclist as he knows his motor is a weapon as to the bike being only a few pounds or kilos in weight

MY VERDICT

This driver as in the video was caught using his mobile phone at those traffic lights and was pissed at the cyclist and decided to dish out his own judgement on a do gooder as you can see the driver looking at the cyclist and thats when the idea to intimidate the cyclist came into his mind

Sadly for the driver he had been caught on camera and is as guilty as sin

RESULT

Nothing will happen to this driver as to his status in his high class ifestyle and probally knows a few corrupt police officers and judges if he himself is not one and so they will go for a couple of rounds of golf and have a few tipples before heading home to their families in that big mansion that is paid for by the little people so that the big fat twats get rich and fatter

We all know it stinks but what can we do unless we find a decent cooper and a genuine judge taht says FUCK whatecer your status is in life and heres a ban and a big FAT fin to boot

NO! it will never happen to them but it will to us the common people

George Jack (36) died of injuries sustained after the collision in Avoch on Janaury 1.

A MAN involved in a New Year's Day accident on the Black Isle has died in hospital.

Police confirmed this afternoon that George Jack, who was 36, died from injuries sustained after being struck by a car at Station Road in Avoch in the early hours of January 1.

Mr Jack, who was local to the area, was hit by a Ford Fiesta in the early hours of New Year's Day. It is understood he was on his way home from a Hogmanay celebration in the village.

The accident happened at around 5am.

Mr Jack was first taken to Raigmore before being transferred to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.

The road was closed for several hours following the accident.

In a statement released through police this afternoon, his family said: "We are understandably devastated by our loss. We would ask that our privacy is respected at this extremely difficult time."

It's understood Mr Jack was a well-known character locally who served as an office bearer with Avoch Amenities Association.

Inquiries are still ongoing in relation to the incident and anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101.
