The reason you couldn't turn your car properly was because?

The reason you had to reverse a little was because?

And yet you still didn't put the mobile down even when you knew you was on camera.

And you driving what appears to be an uninsured vehicle

Got some nice shots of you just so that people know who you are especially when it comes to identifying the driver if it goes to court - unless it's your twin brother

As per time stamp
Location Carlton Square car park, Station Road, Nottingham

Note to our crappiest troll
It's not private land where the car was turning from

"Don't go chasing after the car"

.. there's nothing wrong with trying to reason someone. You can't reason with them unless you approach their general vicinity so that they can hear and see you, but obviously that doesn't mean entering their personal space for the sake of it.

Who down-voted 03:05:01? You're saying they're wrong for telling people they need to ride/drive slowly around a car-park as there's blind spots and people reversing. What's so wrong about what they say? A high proportion of accidents actually happen on car-parks.

Mate, I would suggest going slower when negotiating the car park including exit. There are many blind spots here and someone could easily be reversing.

Now thats how you do it
Record it
Don't start a verbal war
Don't go chasing after the car
Then post it and report it

First 5 star thumbs up that i have given a video like this in 2017
Good on you buddy
Keep up the good work
