He's been forced to have it painted that colour by his insurance company so he's more visible. The insurance company wanted to have warning signs and flashing lights to give other drivers plenty of opportunity to see his bad driving coming or at least let them have chance to get out of the way.
Sadly he could afford the £5k insurance after dropping from a new BMW 730 - as you all guessed that's where he gained "I drive like a prick" badge - to a Corsa
