Driving to the lights just before Queen Vic statue at top of Jo & Cass hill in Lancs. Driver in black Polo is in right lane, another car in left lane. Left lane is a good distance ahead, lights turn red so they stop. Polo driver in the right hand lane gets to the lights 2-3 seconds later and just goes straight through.
Fuck pedestrians I suppose eh?
