HESITANT & UNSAFE: Recently passed however thought Nottingham City centre was the best place to get experience, not great considering the amount of traffic, pedestrians, bus lanes and one way roads. She only managed to achieve a top speed of 20mph which caused several buses to have to undertake. Then she constantly slowed down to 10mph when going through traffic lights and wouldn't stop for amber meaning by the time she actually got to the light they would change to red. When the lights were on red would she then start faffing with her phone that was visibly mounted to the dashboard. Closing the app just as the lights would change therefore she knows it's illegal but dumb enough to do it blatantly.
