UPS took it VERY seriously. Have asked if they can use the footage in their driver-training. Driver had not seen me; was distracted.

Get a good dash-cam. They might evade the police but they can't do anything about the right to film a public place, including them acting like an ass-hole in it..let their clients, their family see it and realise the risk they apparently pose to society. There's no shortage of ass-hole drivers along the M6, especially certain sections. They need taking down a peg or two and in many cases social media has done just that :)

As we were comin home from the beach all happy we saw this car going the wrong way on the wrong side of the road it confused us as you can only go on one side of the road, we were pulling out on a one way road it pulled in front naroly missing the car going the other way there was a tractor in front of him so decided to pull infront of it blindly with out checking.

I sould assume (note the word assume and understand it's definition) by your own dashcam I see a driver that speeds and also hogs the lane and then complains about undertaking and does exactly the same at the end of the video...
