I have to agree with you, too many half wit, bottom feeding non achievers being allowed to drive these days, it don't take much brain power to press a pedal we can all do that but chose not to, because we are normal. I don't care if they kill themselves as long no one else gets hurt, its called natural selection, i.e. the twats/low IQ/losers/tossers kill themselves, job done.

These owners have been seen to have left a dog on their car when it was 26 degrees outside barricaded into the back parcel shelf in direct sunlight with the front window open only 3 inches which would have done nothing while the owners sat inside a pub. When a lady found this and found out who they were and confronted them they refused to go outside until they had fished thief drinks. Over half a hour went by and they did nothing. This is illegal. Police and rspca need to do something. Scum
