saw this idiot speed through a red light doing over 50 in a 30 while on his phone and then swerved without indicating down another street nearly taking out two pedestrians. i saw him park up and get out after revving it like mad and jumped out and took a couple of pictures. should be taken off the road absolute disgrace driving like he was drunk couldnt even keep in a straight line no idea how angry i am to have to write this.

What Rich said. I'm finding it hard to establish what the actual complaint is. One thing I would ask, is it to do with noise? Some of those exhausts can be annoying especially when you live on estate and all you want to do is live in peace but can't because they are being loudly thrashed all the time, day and night. Not that I am saying this is the case here so as it stands, I don't know what this particular complaint is really about.
