Educate yourself. The person filming was in a public space; there is - by law - no expectation of privacy.
An unknown entity approached the person engaged in a lawful activity and instantly became aggressive, including swearing and getting in their personal space. Said aggresor is lucky he didn't get a slap in self-defense the way he was carrying on, making a fool of himself.
But still, if it makes you feel better about yourself then keep obsessing over your lies. Try it yourself and see what happens? Hint: you stand a good chance of wearing a nice shirt and tie in a courtroom? :)
