The driver of this silver Vauxhall Zafira vehicle failed to stop having struck a white Citroen Nemo on 28th February 2017 at 14:30. The location was near the junction of Beechwood Road with Chepstow Road, Newport South Wales near the Beechwood Surgery. The vehicle was followed but lost in Gibbs Road.
