Firstly, I'd like to shake the hand of the brave, forthright gentlemen cyclists for their patience and professionalism. Now, to the person(s) responsible for this apparent crime/incident we see before us, I say this. You wanted attention - now who's the 'big I am'? I hope that if or when the police do catch up with you, that they take those keys and crush that metal box. I think you are a danger to decent, law abiding citizens and should turn yourself into a police station. The world already has that reg, that car - and your face, it would seem. You know what you have to do. p.s. if you violently put cyclist's lives at risk like this? Then fate might just find you a cyclist who will react in shall we say, a much less amenable fashion. To all the lowlife out there who think this acceptable "Fuck you and the horse you rode in on"..take care of your box it can so easily be damaged.

I live in Castleford, where this incident occurred. I'll keep an eye out for them (hopefully whilst not on my bike). I'd report it to the DVLA as untaxed (anonymously) and possibly the police.

Just to make it clear. My scorn here is reserved entirely for the subjects in that car - not the cyclists, who I perceive to have done nothing wrong whatsoever. I'm so glad we now live in an age where anti-social behaviour can fairly easily be captured.. if it makes our roads safer and helps rid them of accident-inducing shit-brains using vehicles as as weapon, then I'm all for it. Now folks, just imagine when these cameras get even better: even more covert, with even greater resolution. Lout bastards, look out..

Any update on these clowns? I think they're a danger to the public (that car certainly is if it's on the road), and that people should remain vigilant especially vulnerable road users.
