Was standing waiting for the bus and this Transit van driven by an employee from the local council as it said this on the side of the van decided to pull out to overtake another bus just missing two schoolkids, Me and another person that was waiting for the same bus yelled at him and we could see quite clearly he mouthed the words FUCK OFF at us, A little bit of a prick we thought at the time, He got stuck behind a car and was revving up his van as to intimmindate the car driver, The car driver stayed where he was as he was in the right and the van driver was in the wrong as now he was edging towards zig zags that led to a crossing, This did not stop the van driver so he decided to overtake the car on that very crossing, At this point another three people witnessed this drivers attitude and one lady said she would report him to the council, I told her not to waste her breathe as the council was a waste of time and they would not believe her or even all of us if it came to that, These workers are the most impatient people when they are driving as this is not the first time i have witnessed this sort of behaiour from the councils employees, One chap said he had been to his house a few months ago and said that the van driver was a plumber, Oh well guess nothing will be done about it, I could email the council and tell them of this website having this report on it but again will they take any notice, This happened in Cowgate Newcastle on the 09-05-2017 at about Lunchtime
