Looking closely I can see the Audi was in the left lane coming through the underpass. He/she moved to the right as you pulled out and then had to move quickly back to the left as you pulled into the right lane.
Conclusion: Poor Judgement on your part

They have now got traffic lights here.
The Audi was travelling way too fast and positioned in the lane to go around the roundabout (see how close to the roundabout they are)

Although the Audi was driving marginally fast I would say you were more at fault here. Personally I would have waited a bit longer or kept over to the left until the Audi had passed. In my experience pulling out into the right lane will upset many fast drivers..

Idiot comes flying around the roundabout, undertakes me.
When the lights change, (S)he is right up the arse of the car in front, I beep and then the Audi overtakes, and once in front it slows right down multiple times and flashes hazard, I beep twice more.
The car in front of me pulls off into a driveway, I close the gap and follow the car which is now driving at ~25mph (I thought they were in a rush)
Absolute idiot and has been reported to the Police.

p.s. 02:03. Who designed that cycle lane? They must want their head examining..the lane ends with almost no warning, encouraging cars and bikes to mingle at close range. Stupid and dangerous design.
