Be honest none of us are perfect drivers and we've all made mistakes also.
I think you will also find there are many younger drivers just as bad if not worse than this chap. Remember also he may well have been driving a lot longer than all those in this video clip. It's very easy to make judgement on someone without the full facts and in this case it's very clear the bitch driver is in the wrong. So if anyone needs to come off the roads for bad driving it's this snob and not the old chap as he was in the right.
I also think the chaps reversing was done on purpose by himself as he may well have been hacked off by those around him at the time. So I don't think he had a problem driving he just was upset with everyone as when he did backup the second time he did so in a straight line if you look at it again.
As I said, easy to make a judgement on first impressions and also the Police are taking no action against these two so if there was a problem with the chaps driving that concerned them they would look into it further would you not think?
Age has nothing to do with the driving side as you get this with younger drivers also. So what you should be saying is younger drivers need to come off the roads also?

The silver merc was clearly almost 3/4 through the tunnel, yet she still proceeded to use her car in a dangerous manner and headed towards another on coming vehicle, all because the sign says she had right of way.. That right of way stopped being her right of way when another vehicle is already in her path, and already commited to that manouver.. she needs to be banned for life !!!
