Impatient Land Rover Freelander.
Approaching Lancs Uni, average speed zone, twice they go in to the overtaking lane to get ahead of 2 cars yet they've absolutely no chance unless they clearly break the limit. Must've been doing 41 in a 40 to desperately get past but they ran out of road & had to pull back to the exact position they were in, twice.

Yes, this kind of moron in a Seat Ibiza.

The car wouldn't impact your journey whatsoever. They weren't overtaking anything. You literally didn't even need to slow down never mind slamming the brakes on.
