Totally oblivious to the chaos they caused. No one could enter or exit the car park as they blocked the only exit / entrance.

Stupid, aggressive driving around M42 and towards Sutton Coldfield. Assuming the misplaced “5” on your chav plate is supposed to look like an “S” , 5OPH isnt going to last long. You’ll cause a fatal one sooner or later.
