Daft bitch in a white Vauxhall Mokka.
Road outside Lancs hospital is stamped up keep clear but this dozy cow thinks it doesn't apply to her. As I walk past I see why - she's fucking around on her phone.

Surely one of the most incompetent drivers in the UK in this grey Nissan Qashqai - driving through 30mph zones at 20mph creating massive tailbacks. Just going through Wilbraham Road in Chorlton a few mins ago.
