Whilst poor driving standards are to be expected of a black BMW with blacked out windows, this was a spectacularly bad example, with tailgating, overtaking into oncoming traffic, and speeding in residential areas being particularly noticeable. Absolute menace who needs banning.
Driving out of town past Kwik Fit & takes the bend so fast that he's right up the arse of the car in front. You wouldn't be that close if you were being towed. Needless aggressive driving.
