Bloody strange driver. Came down into our cul-de-sac and clearly lost so drove out, then turned round at the top of the road and drove back down!

Bit worried this is actually some kind of pervert.

Unfortunately the weather & m y crappy camera means I couldn't get your crappy chav plate on camera as I passed you in the lay by.

Kia EV9 GT-Line with illegally spaced chav plate. The sooner these cameras detect these chav plates & issue fines the better.
