This male was tailgating me all the way from the Preesall area to Skippool. Whenever in 30 zones he got so close I couldn’t see his number plates. Doesn’t seem to like 30mph I’m built up areas. Trying to get past. Looks the manipulative type the facial expressions he had being stuck behind me.
Vehicle witnessed to be driving erratically, significantly exceeding the speed limit, driver using phone and revving engine unnecessarily, (Langley, Slough)
