Weirdo stopping in the middle of the road and then just hanging around, not picking up or dropping anyone off, just dawdling for no reason..

Another Audi driver in his souped up noisy A1. Nearly rear ended me with my dogs in the back. He was probably playing with himself looking at himself in the rear view mirror.
