He first arouse my suspicion when he drove through a red light, didn’t indicate and then double parked outside because he didn’t want to get his bald head wet

They approached the bus stop where I was waiting at 7:40 AM in Liverpool and just stayed there, reversing a little bit. They then beeped the horn randomly and drove off. Very strange individual!

Not to be confused with GF15 DRY, who I accidentally accused before! I could only get this picture unfortunately.
