Absolute idiot almost ran me over on my bike 2 times in 3 days because I was riding my bike on the pavement and he pulled out on me

Nearly caused an accident I witnessed it too. Luckily the the orange and blue car drivers were fine. The DS driver needs to be careful and needs to learn to merge on the slip road safely NOT drive slow on the slip road then indicate.
