Absolutely no awareness of other road users. Literally found 12mph in a 30 zone. Occasionally accelerating to 20 every so often. Queue of traffic behind them. Henfold Rd. Astley

Spotted driving under the influence, swerving between lanes on the motorway and then hogging that lane.
