Van owned by burglers who steal from unattended building sites early in the morning. 2 guys. Seen in south-west London/Surrey area.

Peugeot 208.

Road has just been resurfaced, there's skid signs still in place & this silly woman jams on the brakes as she's AT a set of lights that turn red. Not approaching but at them. Dangerous move. She stops beyond the line, I hit the brakes but thankfully left enough of a gap & stop just behind her.

Once lights turn green she's off doing way over the speed limit.

Shouldn't be on the road. A6.
