How about you put your phone down when driving instead of watching the screen and not paying attention to the road or what's in the road? Too difficult?

Suzuki Swift driving around Garstang with his farty exhaust with no tax.

Probably think that just because it only does a couple 100 miles per year that it's ok to not tax it.

News for you sunshine, having it MOTd doesn't matter, if it's not taxed & you have an accident then you're also not insured.
