Prolific text driver. Was seen continuously looking down texting and only looking up occasionally. No awareness or planing for the traffic ahead. Didn't even notice we were taking the Micky by pretending to text with both thumbs as he was too busy looking down. (Photo taken by passenger)

Got upset because I gave a lorry room to manoeuvre, then proceeded to dangerously undertake me.
