She's driving down Damside St about to join New Rd and then Cable St. About 3 cars ahead which come to a stop waiting for a gap to pull on to Cable St. The second this dozy fuckwits car comes to a stop she instantly picks up her phone to start fucking about on it. Lasts all of about 2 seconds because traffic then starts moving again so now she's juggling her phone while trying to drive forward.
