This asshat hogs the middle lane for miles even though there were no cars in the left lane, he was doing about 55, I came up on him doing 70.

Outside Sainsbury's, Lancs & this guy in a Skoda Fabia wildly pulls out of the left lane in to the middle lane. As he drives past I can see - right hand, phone held out clearly yapping away on speakerphone.
