Tailgating cars in front, constantly hanging on their shoulder despite people doing the limit in an average speed zone.
Soon as the road opens up they go for it, must now be doing 50 in a 40 only to then take a left turn up to Lancs Uni about 1-200 yards after overtaking a car.

Ford Focus. See that 30 number on that 30 sign & you match it with your 30mph speed?
So when you see a 40 number in a circle on a 40 sign why do you stay doing 30mph holding everyone up?
