Older bloke in a Ford Focus. Traffic lights hit red outside a hospital & this guy continues to roll forward, stopping right on top of the big KEEP CLEAR sign on the road that is an ambulance access.

Hopefully you'll need one one day & some Ford Focus will be blocking its path.
