Builders who own van verbally abused myself and another passer by. When confronted for dumping items that were heavily dusty in skip right as people walk past. Did see one of them holding back the other with some type of long metal item in their hand

Drives like a bully, just seen trying to push a small hatchback off the road and yelling nonsense out the window. Wouldn’t buy this car as looks like it’s been ragged around based on this driving witnessed today
