This car was not only on the pavement, but was also blocking the dropped kerb so that a wheelchair user had to instead use the road to get onto the pavement.

Going through a 'No Entry' (except for access) and then going through a red light is potentially 6 points on your licence and a £200 fine just to save a couple of minutes on your journey.
