Ford fiesta going slow as anything in average speed zone in a 50.
As they approach the drop to 40 they start to accelerate & then do about 45 in the 40 to stop anyone passing them.

Just do the limit!

What the hell are you doing? Can't manoeuvre properly, trying to reverse to turn, stinking up the place with fumes, then blocks everyone at a junction. LEARN TO DRIVE!
