Ford Transit van stamped up KIERNAN ignoring multiple roads signs on George St & Spring Garden St in Lancs telling them they're not allowed down that was as it's bus & taxi only.

Entitled driver is more important than anyone else though. This company seem to employ entitled people like PK74WBL also.
