All charging stations in use at Union Square Aberdeen and this Tesla was blocking a station and not charging.

I just witnessed this driver, while waiting in traffic, open a new bottle of coke, dump some of it out the window, and then fill up the rest with some kind of alcohol (probably vodka or whisky). This will be reported to the police as I have it on film. Good luck when the police come knocking on your door to absolutely stupid old man. I hope you feel ashamed of yourself.
