Disgraceful driving, even more so with kids around on their way to school. Was probably feeling smug as he got to the head of the queue. I wonder if he was so smug when the letter from Greater Manchester Police dropped through his letter box?

Nearly caused a head on collision on the A9 as he couldn't wait the 1/4 mile to the dual carriageway.
