I have just been driving down the Eastern Road in Portsmouth. This cow in a white range rover has darted out of Kirpal Road in front of me. Nearly hit me, have some patience hun!
A big danger to others on the road, especially towards motorcyclists. Often fails to indicate when turning/changing lanes and often denies liability or accepts fault for his own actions.
