Driving up East Rd Hill in Lancs in a Fiat Panda. As I'm walking up I look over & see they're holding their phone in their right hand rested on the steering wheel in its older person's flip case.

Shot straight through a red light on a four-way roadworks. No regard for other drivers; no hazard perception. Pure selfish driving.
